Dr. Ceril Jones of ISIC-Survey would like to invite you to attend a workshop on the topic of ‘Earth Observation Constellation of Small Satellites – towards a UK Capability’.

Representatives from Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd, Surrey Space Centre, Astrium Geo-Information Services and the National Centre for Earth Observation will be speaking at the workshop. We are bringing together a select group of both users of earth observation data and small satellite technology providers to brainstorm what the new possibilities might be for EO using a constellation of small satellites. Key players from industry, academia and government agencies have been invited to attend.

The workshop is being held from 10am to 4pm on the 18 November 2011 in Guildford and there is no charge for attendance. There will be the opportunity to put your views forward through small facilitated working group discussions and there will be plenty of time for networking during the day. Recommendations from the workshop will be followed up by ISIC-Surrey.
